MARTIN SCHOENBERG
founded ESC in 1998 and has managed the company since then. Martin hold a
UBC degree in Human Kinetics, instructor certificates in skiing,
snowboarding, tennis and soccer. He started his coaching career early and
currently he has more than 15 years of teaching experience. Martin designed
and teaches Canada's only available Mountain Bike Instructor Course. In his
free time Martin likes to camp outdoors and surf in Tofino and windsurf in
Squamish. |

RYAN ANDERSON -
Assistant Manager for over 2 years, Ryan is one of the most liked
instructors ESC has ever had. Ryan has strong roots in the mountain bike
industry, having worked at John Henry's for number of years. Ryan is one of
BC's strongest Freeriders with a few appearance in videos and in
competitions. |

JEREMY WITHERS-
WestSide Supervisor is a seasoned ESC instructor
having taught with us for over 4 years. Interestingly, Jeremy started his
ESC experience as a camper, greatly improved his skills and now he is one of
the strongest "urban riders" in BC. He is the best guy to talk to if you
want to learn a cool trick or jump! Jeremy attends UBC. |

BERNY JACQUES - is
our Little Rippers specialist. Berny loves to teach young kids. She always
has an unlimited number of games, and other fun activities ready at any
moment! She id the reason why most Rippers don't want to go home at the end
of the camp. Berny is also a strong freerider. |

KYLE JASPER used to
be a member of the Freeride Team for many years, before deciding to switch
hats. He has a very good knowledge of how our camps work and a good
understanding of our Risk Management Policies. You might see Kyle this year
as Little Ripper Supervisor in North Vancouver. |
