Kristen holds a degree in Ecotourism and Outdoor Leadership from Mount Royal College in Calgary.  Her passions in life are playing outside on the rocks, in the snow and in the dirt. She brings years of experience guiding and teaching in Whistler and Squamish and loves to shares her knowledge of the area and its beauties through mountain biking, rock climbing and skiing.  As a ski racer, bike racer, cross country runner and rock climber, Kristen hopes to inspire a passion for health through nature and exercise.
