You agree to pay for all programs you register for within
5 business days. Late or dishonored payments are subject to 24%
annual interest rate and applicable bank fees and charges. Refunds are
available on most programs with a minimum 14 day notice. Credit is given
in most, reasonably supported circumstances if contacted us ahead of the
program. Once the program has started all credits are processed at ESCs
discretion.
